Host Your Event at the PMA

As the hub of visual arts in our city, the Pensacola Museum of Art serves as the perfect space to host an art-centric wedding, special event or corporate gathering.

Booking

Catering

Certain catering restrictions may apply on a case by case basis as determined by the safe display of artwork and/or as stipulated by the lending institution.

Restrictions

Other restrictions may apply to the size of the event, the number of guests, tables and chairs, food and beverage restrictions, and precautions regarding the vibration of sensitive objects caused by foot traffic and sound. When booking your event with PMA, specific exhibition restrictions will be shared.

Host a Birthday Party

Celebrate your child’s birthday at the PMA! Birthday party rentals include the use of the Charles W. Lamar Sr. Assembly Room (Gallery 5 upstairs), crafts guided by an Art Educator, art supplies for up to 16 children, and a PMA Little Artist Gift Bag for the birthday child. 


Packages cost $160.00 for up to 16 children for a period of 1.5 hours. A fee of $10.00 will be added for each additional child up to a maximum of 25 children. A refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to book a party.
