2023 Summer Camp information will be posted in late-February.
Camps are Monday-Friday from 9:00am-3:00pm for 5 weeks between June 13 - July 29.
Extended care is available each afternoon from 3:15pm - 5:00pm.
Afternoon Extended Care is $40.00 per week or $8.00 per day.
Please note that if you have not picked your camper up by 5:00 pm, you will be charged an additional fee of $8.00.
Campers should wear clothes that can get dirty!
Please pack a lunch, water bottle, 2 snacks, and a light jacket.

Description
Give your children a safe, creative, and open atmosphere to develop their love and appreciation for the arts. Our engaging Summer Camp program fosters the freedom of exploration through a wide array of creative processes and techniques with the guidance and support of our experienced art teachers. Projects include painting, drawing, sculpture, and mixed media.
Campers should wear clothes that can get dirty!

Description
Inspired by our exhibition America’s Everglades: Photographs by Clyde Butcher, campers will use their unique creativity to explore a variety of art making techniques, creating one-of-a-kind projects. We will go on outdoor adventures to find inspiration in nature and gather natural materials, looking at flora and fauna in this week-long camp.

Art Investigations

We will learn about the vast world of art through fun, hands-on art activities in drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture, and more! Campers will explore popular themes throughout art history, learning about the careers of various famous artists, and investigating their techniques and artistic processes.

Students will focus on expressing their ideas through the development of painting, drawing, collage, and printmaking skills, while learning about color theory and the essential elements and principles of design. Students will explore our extensive collection of art to gain inspiration, experimenting with various hands-on art making techniques used by famous artists throughout history.

Week 5: Creative Camps for Autism
July 25 - 29
Monday - Friday
Ages 5-9 from 9:00 am - 11:00 am
Ages 10 - 15 from 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm
Ages 16+ from 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Description
Creative Camp is designed specifically for children and young adults on the autism spectrum. The program focuses on nurturing artistic development and abstract thinking skills within a group environment. Interact with works of art in the galleries, engage in a variety of hands-on activities, and explore the creative process of visual art in the art studio.
