Certain catering restrictions may apply on a case by case basis as determined by the safe display of artwork and/or as stipulated by the lending institution.
Restrictions
Other restrictions may apply to the size of the event, the number of guests, tables and chairs, food and beverage restrictions, and precautions regarding the vibration of sensitive objects caused by foot traffic and sound. When booking your event with PMA, specific exhibition restrictions will be shared.
Hourly Rates
Monday - Thursday
$120 per hour, plus tax
Friday & saturday
$150 per hour, plus tax
Time
Monday - Thursday
4 hour minimum, space available starting at 3pm.
Friday - sunday
4 hour minimum, space available starting at 3pm.
Host a Birthday Party
Celebrate your child’s birthday at the PMA! Birthday party rentals include the use of the Charles W. Lamar Sr. Assembly Room (Gallery 5 upstairs), art activities guided by an Art Educator, art supplies for up to 16 children, and a PMA Little Artist Gift Bag for the birthday child.
Packages cost $200.00 for up to 16 children for a period of 1.5 hours. Additional time may be added for an additional cost. A fee of $10.00 will be added for each additional child up to a maximum of 20 children. A refundable deposit of $50.00 is required to book a party.
