Panel Discussion: Dualities: National Sculpture Exhibition

Don’t miss this thought-provoking panel discussion featuring acclaimed sculptors and educators who are pushing the boundaries of form, texture, and the dualistic concepts inherent in their works. Whether you’re an art lover, student, teacher, or curious creative, this is a rare opportunity to hear directly from the minds shaping today’s sculptural landscape.

Discover what fuels their creative processes, how they balance making art and teaching, and where they see the future of sculpture heading. From studio practice to public installations, you’ll gain unique insights and maybe even a spark of inspiration for your own work. Panelists all have artwork on display at the PMA as part of the current exhibition, Dualities: National Sculpture Exhibition.

Featured Panelists include: Dawn Holder, Kevin Shunn, Kristen Tordella-Williams, and Jimmy Rhea. Moderator: Caitlin Rhea, PMA Curator of Education & Public Programs.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Discussion will begin at 6:00 p.m.

Prior to the Panel Discussion, PMA Director Nicholas Croghan will be providing a free public tour of the Dualities exhibition on Friday, November 7th starting promptly at 5:00 p.m. Visitors who attend this public tour at the PMA and are interested in attending the 6:00 p.m. Panel Discussion will be guided from the PMA to the Voices of Pensacola building where the Panel Discussion will be held.
