Celebrate 70: Curator Presentation & Tour
Join us on Thursday, November 7th for a special presentation and tour of the Celebrate 70 Exhibition, currently on view on the 2nd floor of the PMA. The content of this presentation will focus on the importance of art, culture, and stewarding museum collections for the community.
This fall the PMA is commemorating seven decades of public engagement by hosting a series of events celebrating the shared experiences and cultural connections that have been built through art in our city. These programs, centered around the museum’s permanent collection, will educate the local residents and regional tourists on the museum’s diverse offerings and offer opportunities for the community to be part of this story and leave their legacy.
In addition to a week of free entry into the museum (Nov. 1 – 10), the PMA will host the following:
10/31 Opening Event – Halloween Block Party with live music, entertainment and activities for all!
11/7 Curator Presentation
